TO STAR IN THE ABC FAMILY ORIGINAL MOVIE 'SEE JANE DATE'

 With Special Appearances By Linda Dano, Joshua Malina, Evan Marriott, Eddie McClintock, Cameron Mathison, Antonio Sabato Jr. and Zachary Levi

Based on the best-selling book of the same name, SEE JANE DATE follows Jane (Carpenter), a single girl in New York City, who tries to impress her high school nemesis, Natasha (Combs), by inventing the perfect boyfriend as her date to an upcoming wedding.  With little time left before the big event, Jane embarks on a mission to find the perfect man (who also happens to fit the made-up description), sending her on an amusing series of blind dates.  

Zachary Levi ("Less Than Perfect"), Evan Marriott ("Joe Millionaire"), Eddie McClintock ("Felicity"), Cameron Mathison ("All My Children"), Antonio Sabato, Jr. ("Melrose Place"), and Joshua Malina ("The West Wing”) make guest appearances as the potential dates for Jane's wedding.  Linda Dano ("One Life To Live") plays Jane's Aunt Ina, who relentlessly nags her about being single.  VonZerneck/Sertner Films will produce this original film for ABC Family.  The script was written by Sheila Lawrence ("Gilmore Girls").  Bob Berlinger (“Hidden Hills,” “Gilmore Girls,” “West Wing”) will direct.  Frank von Zerneck ("Just A Walk in the Park," "Queenie") and Robert M. Sertner ("Just A Walk in the Park," "We Were The Mulvaneys") are executive producers, with Randy Sutter serving as producer.
