In response to your email, yes, we have several items available for individuals with gluten intolerance. First, please refer to our complete menu posted on our website at www.ybargrill.com for further reference to our suggestions below. To begin, all of our proteins such as our Chicken, Beef, Pork, etc. dishes are gluten free. All of our vegetables and rice are gluten free. The Crabcakes are okay for this restriction, however the Mushroom Herb Polenta Wedge does contain HVP (hydrolyzed vegetable protein). We also offer a nice Mixed Grill Plate and the sauce could be substituted with a gluten-free sauce. And the best for last, our Chocolate Torte is also gluten free! YUM!! We would definitely welcome you to visit to test our menu. Our Executive Chef, Andre LeJuenne is available to speak with you further about this if you like. Additionally, because we are locally owned, we would also be willing to do a custom menu for your group of eight or more at anytime!

Recommended Items: A member of our celiac group had a wonderful dinner here. The waiter was attentive, informed and double checked everything. There are a number of dishes that uses soy sauce so be careful to check. There is a GF Flourless Chocolate Souffle on the dessert menu. You need to order it without the cookie. But it is fabulous and has been featured in the Statesman. The manager Bryson Keens indicated that it was corporate policy to honor special diet requests with a positive attitude.
